It is the third house out of the 3 condominiums on the far right side plot, as you are looking at the sea, of the entire complex. There is direct access between the two houses from the garden, thus very convenient for friends living next to each other.

You can call a boat/yacht to come from Porto Carras to the villa's private beach so you could explore the area by sea. There are also 2 big stores close to Porto Carras at 10 min drive from the villa.

This lovely house is on three floors, fully furnished in all aspects.

Second floor: 2 spacious bedrooms with balconies where there is panoramic view of the strand of beach in front, as well as Mountain View. One bedroom has a semi double bed and the other one has two semi double beds that together make a king size bed and one single bed. On the same floor there is a fully equipped shower cabinet and bathroom

Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen that has direct access to the outer terrace, cozy living room with a fireplace that adds to the atmosphere of the home at night with the lit candles and a dining area. On this main floor there is a fully equipped shower cabinet and bathroom.

On the bottom floor: there are two separate rooms, one has 2 single beds and one that is a room for kids or for aupair. With a very big window where light enters freely all during the day. There is a welcoming hall as you walk down to this part of the house.

The outside of the home has a garden of approximately 800 sq.m. with grass and trees all around. On the side there is a swimming pool, and the terrace that has direct access from the kitchen and living room of the house. There is a deck all around the swimming pool, where there are 2 chezlongue with umbrellas for lounging. The view from this terrace is direct to the strand of sea where one can also take a nice morning coffee or a nice evening aperitif looking onto the sea.

On the beach this house has a normal size umbrella with 4 chezlongues for our precious guests as well as 2 beach chairs and a small chest to keep beach things in so as to not carry them back and forth to thehouse and the beach every day.
